BOOK REVIEW

Two copies of the books to be reviewed should be sent. Twenty-five off-prints will be given to the reviewer and ten to the publisher.

SUBSCRIPTION

The annual subscription from 1st January to 31st December is Rs. 500/- (US$ 75/-); for single number, Rs. 150/- (US$ 30/-).

The members of the Dravidian Linguistics Association are eligible to get a free copy each of the IJDL and DLA News, from the Treasurer of the D.L.A.

Accredited booksellers and departments of colleges and universities who subscribe to the journal are eligible to get 25% commission.

Advertisements are accepted only from publishers and academic institutions. One insertion (full page) = Rs. 300/- (US$ 60/-); six insertions (full page) = Rs. 250/- (US$ 50/-) each.

Duration

The journal will be a biannual in English, to be published in the first week of January and June each year.

Papers

The manuscripts of articles should be submitted in triplicate, clearly typed on one side only, double space with wide margins, preferably on floppy or through e-mail (dravlingmd5.vsnl.net.in). Language data should be underlined with meanings in inverted commas. The systems of footnotes and listing of bibliography will be those adopted in Language. The article, if theoretically important, will be treated as in Current Anthropology and published with comments and replies. Twenty offprints will be issued free of cost to the author(s). Classical papers which are out-of-print will also be republished if there is a demand.
